Refunds
Due the the nature of how our products are prepared with natural ingredients and no preservatives, we do not accept any exchanges or returns for health and safety purposes. All sales are final, but we are committed to making sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Should you have any issues with your order, please email support@drdaneskitchen.com with your order number and your concerns.
If an item arrives damaged, our Customer Support team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please reach out to our team at support@drdaneskitchen.com to resolve the issue within 14 days of delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
